Prime Air
Bunker 2, Toronto, ON
August 2019

Prime Air is a collaborative project with Kenneth Jeffrey Kwan Kit Lau for an upcoming exhibition at Bunker 2 in Toronto, ON. For the project, we are attempting to organize the construction of a replica Amazon Prime Air delivery drone using only parts sourced off of Amazon.

We have been located in Regina, SK for the entirety of the project, where we have designed the octocopter, and ordered all of the parts. Bunker 2 directors have given the shipping container/art gallery a mailing address, and installed a mailbox outside for Amazon delivery people to drop off packages.

Once all of the packages have been delivered, Bunker 2 directors will attempt to build the Prime Air drone using the design that Lau and I have developed (which was made using only a few images sourced from Google). We will be available to guide the construction over the phone.

No one directly involved has ever built a drone before.
